Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier.

Once your package has shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Promotional or free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly stated on the Site.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Thistle & Thread is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Thistle & Thread is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If an issue occurs, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

International Shipping

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer International shipping, although we hope to in the near future.
